8. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

Inbox Puzzles offers both a free trial experience and optional paid subscriptions.

Free Trial:
The free trial provides access to a limited set of puzzles over a set number of days. The trial does not require payment and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

No action is required to cancel the trial. At the end of the trial period, access simply ends unless you choose to continue with a paid subscription.

Subscriptions and Billing:
If you choose to continue after the trial, you may sign up separately for a paid subscription (monthly or yearly). Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account’s customer portal. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds:
Because the free trial allows you to evaluate the service before subscribing, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription has started.

However, if you experience a billing issue or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us and we will review your request and make it right where appropriate.
